A small but rapidly growing Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking to add a driven Associate Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Central London. The Associate Quantity Surveyor will be offered Hybrid working.
The role of the Associate Quantity Surveyor involves joining a Cost Management consultancy originally based in Manchester, which is looking to grow their London team as 45% of their work is in London and surrounding areas. This is an incredible opportunity for a driven and hard-working Quantity Surveyor to build and grow a team in London and help to take forward a market and lead a team.
As a company, their focus is on Prime and Ultra Prime Residential, but they also engage in Education and Residential developments. The Associate Quantity Surveyor will have a clear pathway to a Director position.
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- Experience working on Residential projects
- MRICS or currently working towards
- Experience within a PQS / consultancy
- Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
