The Chartered Quantity Surveyors Role
The successful Chartered Quantity Surveyor will join a small, boutique consultancy that predominantly works across the education and healthcare sectors, delivering a varied portfolio of projects across London.
As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, you'll take responsibility for projects independently, with the opportunity to manage multiple schemes simultaneously and be involved throughout the full project lifecycle.
You'll be joining a close-knit, collaborative team made up of a number of long-serving members, reflecting the consultancy's strong culture and supportive working environment.
This role would suit an ambitious Chartered Quantity Surveyor looking to join a smaller consultancy where they can take ownership of their work, develop strong client relationships and continue progressing their career within a genuinely people-focused business.
The Chartered Quantity Surveyors Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
- MRICS qualified
- Consultancy experience is essential
- Experience across the education and/or healthcare sectors is beneficial but not essential
- Strong technical Quantity Surveying knowledge
- Confident working directly with clients
- Ambitious, commercially minded and driven
- A collaborative team player
