The Senior Quantity Surveyor will help manage a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments in London. The company specialises in prime residential refurbishments and has recently experienced an influx of new projects. They have a turnover of £40 million and a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional standards of work.
Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Projects range from £2 million to £16 million.
- Cost Reporting
- Tender and contract documents
- CVRs
- Bills of Quantities
- Attend professional and client meetings
- Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule
- Mitigate commercial risks
Requirements:
- 5 years + Experience
- Ideally you will have experience of High End Residential / Prime / Super prime property.
- Experience of working for a main contractor
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
