A dynamic, leading Construction Consultancy that are based near Crawley are now looking for an experienced and driven Associate Director to join their close-knit team.
The Associate Director will be joining a successful Consultancy and will play a crucial role in managing a team and delivering schemes in the High-end Residential sector.
The Company that the Associate Director will be joining:
The Associate Director will be joining an established Consultancy with a presence in the UK and globally, along with a busy pipeline that requires an Associate Director to support the delivery of these current schemes.
The Associate Director will be given the opportunity to run their own team and the schemes being delivered are a mixture of New Build and Refurbishments and are based in Cobham, Oxford and West Sussex. The projects contract values will range up to Β£20m.
The role of an Associate Director:
The Associate Director will play a crucial role in overseeing the full lifecycle of multiple high value projects from start-finish. The Associate Director will be collaborating with the Project Director and will be offering their full support and knowledge to the wider Project Management team to overcome any challenges faced within projects.
As an Associate Director, you will also be responsible for continuing to grow existing relationships with existing and new clients and stakeholders to ensure they\βre satisfied with the progress made on their projects.
The Associate Director responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Project Management team to drive schemes forward to Completion
- Improving relationships with clients, stakeholders and other external parties
- Support the Project Managers and junior members with any challenges faced during project lifecycles
- Report to Project Director on a weekly basis with project progress
- Running projects simultaneously
- Attend regular meetings with clients to discuss project progress
- Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standards
The Associate Director requirements:
- Proven experience within the Construction Consultancy industry
- Experience within High End Residential sector
- MAPM/MRICS would be preferred
- Ability to lead projects simultaneously
- Determined individual that is eager to win Projects
In return:
- Salary package of Β£75,000-Β£85,000
