A boutique Consultancy based near Cambridge are searching for a client-facing Associate Director with previous Consultancy experience and knowledge of delivering schemes in the Residential, Healthcare, Later Living and Data Centre sectors. The Company that the Associate Director will join: The Associate Director will be joining a growing Consultancy that have a strong reputation for delivering schemes in the Residential, Healthcare, Later Living and Data Centre sectors. The Associate Director will be overseeing projects including New Builds, Extensions and Refurbishments with Contract values as high as £50m. The Associate Director role: The Associate Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing the full lifecycle of multiple projects from start-finish. The Associate Director will be collaborating with the Project Director and will be offering their full support and knowledge to the wider Project Management team. As an Associate Director, you will also be responsible for continuing to grow existing relationships with existing and new clients and stakeholders to ensure they\’re satisfied with the progress made on their projects.
