Associate Director

A boutique Consultancy based near Cambridge are searching for a client-facing Associate Director with previous Consultancy experience and knowledge of delivering schemes in the Residential, Healthcare, Later Living and Data Centre sectors. The Company that the Associate Director will join: The Associate Director will be joining a growing Consultancy that have a strong reputation for delivering schemes in the Residential, Healthcare, Later Living and Data Centre sectors. The Associate Director will be overseeing projects including New Builds, Extensions and Refurbishments with Contract values as high as £50m. The Associate Director role: The Associate Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing the full lifecycle of multiple projects from start-finish. The Associate Director will be collaborating with the Project Director and will be offering their full support and knowledge to the wider Project Management team. As an Associate Director, you will also be responsible for continuing to grow existing relationships with existing and new clients and stakeholders to ensure they\’re satisfied with the progress made on their projects. You will be responsible for: Working closely with the Project Management team to drive schemes forward to Completion Building relationships with clients, stakeholders and other external parties Support the Project Managers with any challenges faced during project lifecycles Report to Project Director on a weekly basis with project progress Running projects simultaneously Attend regular meetings with clients to discuss project progress Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsAssociate Director requirements: Previous experience working for a Construction Consultancy Knowledge of Residential, Healthcare, Later Living or Data Centre is ideal MRICS or MAPM Chartered is preferred A relevant BSc/MSc in Construction industry would be ideal Commutable to Cambridge Ability to manage Schemes simultaneously Strong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat would be offered: £80,000-£90,000 per annum salary package 28 days annual leave including Bank Holidays Hybrid approach available Travel to site covered Competitive bonus structure 9% pension contribution Great company culture Quarterly company social eventsIf you are a proven Associate Director who is searching for an exciting opportunity within a growing Construction Consultancy, please contact Luca Beltrami at Ernest and Florent.
