A close knit high-end residential consultancy based in South London, are searching for a highly professional Associate Director with high end residential and construction consultancy experience.
The Associate Director will be joining an experienced project management team that are well known for delivering high value projects within the high-end residential sector with project values ranging from £15m-£600m.
The Associate Director will be confident at providing leadership/direction to a growing project management team and will be overseeing the delivery of projects within the high end residential sector. The Associate Director will be delivering projects that range from new build developments, refurbishments to existing high end residential homes and alterations to existing estates. The Associate Director will be expected to be in the office/onsite four days per week and can work from home once a week.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with whole Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completion
- Communicating with external parties such as contractors and sub-contractors
- Provide support/mentorship to junior members of the Project Management team
- Reporting progress feedback on Projects to the Project Director weekly
- Reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints
- Arranging meetings with clients
- Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Previous experience working at a UK consultancy
- High-end residential sector experience
- A Full Member of RICS (MRICS)
- BSc/MSc Project Management
- Pre and post contract experience
- Confident at managing schemes simultaneously
- Previous experience leading a team
- Client facing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
