An established leading consultancy that operates across the UK is seeking a skilled Associate Director to join their healthcare team in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take a lead position on NEC projects, working closely with NHS clients on significant projects while providing support and guidance to junior staff members. As an Associate Director, you will be instrumental in managing both pre and post contract duties within the healthcare sector. You will work collaboratively within a team of around 20 professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while mentoring junior team members. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing pre and post contract activities

Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  • Preferably MRICS qualified
