An ambitious and eager Assistant Building Surveyor who has gained 12-24 months Consultancy experience is now needed by a well-respected Building Consultancy in their Bristol office. The Assistant Building Surveyor will be supported through their APC to become a MRICS Building Surveyor, through an extremely well organised programme.

3-4 days a week in the office / visiting clients.

The Role for the Assistant Building Surveyor:

  • If you are a determined Assistant Building Surveyor, this opportunity will enable you to be exposed to professional services (Technical Due Diligence, Dilapidations, Party Wall, Pre Acquisition Surveys) as well as Project Management of Commercial, Residential and Industrial projects.
  • These schemes will range between £300,000 and £1,000,000 in value and will be refurbishment and fit out projects.
  • The confident Assistant Building Surveyor will be supported throughout their career with this organisation and will have a dedicated mentor to support them through the APC journey.
