Ermine Street Church Academy, part of the Diocese of Ely Multi-Academy Trust (DEMAT), is seeking to appoint a Part-Time Level 2 Teaching Assistant (Point 5, FTE £25,583 per year, approx. £15,899 Pro-rata). Working 27.5 hours, 38 weeks per year, 9 am - 3 pm, Monday - Friday. Commencing: September 2026.

About You
- Have experience of working with children and/or as a Teaching Assistant
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
- Be enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education
- Be highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload
- Be able to work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils
- Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to use their initiative
- Be able to work flexibly and professionally
