Level 2 Teaching Assistant

Fixed term for one year

Point 5 (FTE £25,583 per year, approx. £17,344 Pro-rata)

30 hours per week, 38 weeks per year

Commencing: as soon as possible

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally:

·Have experience of working with children and/or as a Teaching Assistant

·Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

·Be enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education

·Be highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload

·Be able work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils

·Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and has the ability to use their initiative

·Be able to work flexibly and professionally

About Role

We are looking for an experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team, working 30 hours per week, 38 weeks per year with the working hours required being 8.30am – 3.30pm. The purpose of this role is to provide pupils with classroom support. For further information about the role,
