We are looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated support to an individual child in our primary school.
This role involves helping the child understand their lessons, supporting them with movements between classrooms and, where required, providing personal care. You will spend your day with the appointed child, learning their needs and working closely with class teachers to monitor progress and develop targeted support plans.
Location: Ermine Primary Academy, Lincoln
Contract: Temporary
Salary Scale: Scale 1a point 3 £24,796 (FTE) Actual Salary: £18,546
Reports to: Principal
