Ermine Primary Academy in Lincoln is seeking a HLTA to work closely with individual pupils or groups to provide dedicated support and ensure full access to the curriculum. The role is 32.5 hours per week, term time plus 5 days, fixed-term until 31 August 2027, with Scale 5 pay (£29,542-£32,046 FTE) or actual pro-rata £22,290-£24,180.
