Based on the Isle of Wight and supporting our local area and the wider southern counties, we’re looking for a creative, driven and digitally-savvy Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.
Role Summary
This is a hands-on, idea-fuelled role for someone who loves creating content, spotting trends, and bringing a brand to life online. You’ll be the voice and visual storyteller of our company across multiple platforms — shaping how we show up, how we grow, and how we connect with our audience.
- Create engaging text, image and video content for our social media channels and websites
- Upload, manage and monitor social media and website content
- Measure and report web traffic, analytics and monitor SEO
- Research audience preferences and discover current trends in our industry
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
- Develop an optimal posting schedule across the different platforms
- Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging industry knowledge content
- Support with the design, co-ordination and set up of physical promotional stands at business expos and events
- Support with the design of promotional signage, vehicle graphics, and physical media handouts
This is a part-time position, 25 hours per week. Salary £16,750
