Role summary:
As a Transformation Office Program Manager, you will manage the programme management office, guiding projects from planning through to execution and close-out. You’ll develop and refine templates and reports for the executive team, centralize initiative plans for better alignment, and support change management communications to engage stakeholders effectively. Additionally, you’ll manage the PMO team, oversee programme risks and compliance, and support budget tracking to target benefits.
Roles and responsibilities:
Planning:
- Develop and enhance key templates and reports for the executive team and board to ensure clear and consistent communication.
- Centralize initiative plans to improve visibility and alignment across the transformation program.
- Serve as a senior role in the programme management office, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution and close-out.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the PMO team, ensuring efficient administration of project documents and processes.
- Collaborate with the Programme Director and COO to facilitate governance meetings and prepare senior management reports.
Implementation:
- Monitor programme risks and ensure quality assurance of reports related to scope, schedule, cost, and issues.
- Track compliance with status reporting, ensuring submissions are accurate and adhere to standards.
- Oversee programme budgets and costs, including tracking expenditures and managing benefits against targets.
