Du unterstützt Finanzinvestoren, Infrastruktur‑und Energieunternehmen entlang des gesamten Transaktionszyklus – von der Anbahnung bis zum Abschluss. Deine Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung und Leitung von Technical Due Diligence‑Mandaten im Rahmen von M&A‑, Akquisitions‑ und Finanzierungsprozessen (Buy‑Side, Sell‑Side, Project Finance)
  • Bewertung technischer, operativer, kommerzieller und wirtschaftlicher Aspekte von Infrastruktur‑und Energie‑Assets (z.b. Asset‑Zustand, Performance, Opex/Capex, Management‑ und Betriebskonzepte, Businesspläne)
  • Identifikation, Bewertung und klare Aufbereitung transaktionsrelevanter Risiken und Chancen (u.a. Deal Breaker, Value Creation Potenziale, Integrations‑ und Optimierungsansätze)
  • Steuerung und Koordination typischer Transaktions‑Deliverables wie Q&A‑Prozesse, Datenraum‑Reviews, Management‑Interviews, Site Visits, Investoren‑Workshops und Due‑Diligence‑Berichte
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachkolleg:innen sowie externen Subject Matter Experts zur integrierten technischen, ESG‑und kommerziellen Bewertung von Zielunternehmen und Projekten
  • Unterstützung und (Mit‑)Verantwortung für Proposal‑Erstellung, Scope‑Definition, Zeit‑ und Kostenkalkulation sowie Vertragsgestaltung im Transaktionskontext
  • Aktive Mitwirkung am weiteren Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unseres Infrastructure‑und M&A‑Serviceangebots

Dein Profil:

Must‑have:

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium (z.b. Maschinen‑, Elektro‑, Bau‑, Chemie‑ oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der technischen Beratung, im Engineering, Asset Management oder Betrieb von Infrastruktur‑und/oder Energieprojekten
  • Erfahrung in Technical Due‑Diligence‑, Transaktions‑ oder M&A‑nahen Projekten mit Verständnis für technische, kommerzielle und wirtschaftliche Werttreiber
