Partner, REACH, Sustainable Product & Supply Chain
ERM is seeking a motivated leader with expertise in chemical regulations to join as a Partner in our Sustainable Product & Supply Chain team in the UK.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of EU and GB REACH and other chemical regulations, with experience in dossiers and regulatory processes such as safety datasheets, risk assessments, strategy, and authorization. You will work with clients across industries like industrial chemicals, manufacturing, energy, and healthcare to deliver innovative solutions. Experience with international regulations like TSCA, FIFRA, OSHA, UN GHS, or emerging markets would be advantageous.

- Develop strategic plans, lead, and deliver results to expand ERM\’s team and client base
- Drive profitable growth through innovative service delivery and market engagement
- Win project work by developing opportunities, proposals, and new business with clients
- Maintain client relationships to meet business development goals
- Lead large projects and teams, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, and quality are met
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to consultants
- Promote ERM’s services to clients and leverage the global network for integrated solutions
