ERM has an opportunity for an experienced market leader in Digital EHS and Sustainability Services to join our global firm as a Partner within our Digital Services business. Our EMIS services span the entire information management life cycle, from assisting clients with information solutions portfolio assessment, strategy, technology evaluation and planning, to designing, testing and implementing enterprise-wide systems and innovative technologies including hyper scaler AI platforms.

Role Profile
This role is central to accelerating the expansion of ERM’s Digital Services, with a primary focus on EHS&S Management Information Systems solutions sales, client account development, and project execution to deliver strategic value to our clients. As a senior leader, you will be fully accountable for successfully selling and consulting on a range of EMIS projects to build a sustainable business locally, while networking with ERM's global Digital Services team to share best practices across the industry. Responsibilities
Market Leadership & Growth
- Lead growth of ERM’s Digital Services across EMEA, focusing on AI-enabled EHS/ESG systems, data platforms, analytics, and digital transformation programs.
- Develop differentiated go-to-market strategies centered on modernization, data foundations, AI readiness, and value realization (“outcomes, not tools”) to deliver performance results and expand ERM's Digital Services business and client base in the EMEA regions.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships that drive recurring and multi-year digital transformation engagements.
- Collaborate with Partners globally to strengthen ERM’s integrated offering across advisory, data/AI, and application services capability centers.
Client Delivery & Technical Leadership
- Serve as Partner-in-Charge for major digital programs involving system strategy, implementation, integration, data governance, AI readiness, automation, and analytics.
- Guide clients in selecting, modernizing, and scaling digital EHS&S and ESG systems (e.g., Enablon, Intelex, Cority, Sphera) while integrating emerging AI platforms (Microsoft, Google, Anthropic, Salesforce).
- Lead programs that shift clients from legacy workflows to modern, connected digital ecosystems that provide real-time visibility, predictive insight, and measurable ROI.
- Ensure projects consistently meet scope, budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
- As a senior “seller/doer,” personally win new Digital Services engagements annually, developing and expanding client relationships that generate repeat business.
- Develop and manage strategic EHS&S Management Information Systems programs for a variety of clients with complex technical/regulatory issues.
- Leverage technical skills to help teams drive double-digit profitable growth across the Digital Services service lines.
People Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, manage performance, inspire, mentor and grow ERM’s next generation of digital leaders.
- Design and direct large programs/projects and multi-person project teams.
- Partner closely with ERM’s global delivery centers to coordinate resourcing, knowledge transfer, and scalable delivery models.
- Foster cross-service-line collaboration to deliver integrated, enterprise-level solutions spanning EHS, ESG, risk, compliance, and operations.
- Demonstrate strong familiarity with global delivery teams, integrating their capabilities into process design, governance, and continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment across regional and global delivery models.
- Develop a strong understanding of ERM’s wider consulting service areas and actively collaborate across service lines to support cross‑selling, integrated go‑to‑market activities, and the overall growth of ERM’s Digital Services internationally.
- Coordinate effectively with teams across the US, Asia‑Pacific, Europe, and Latin America to deliver a unified, end‑to‑end client experience.
Essential Experience
- BS/MS in a technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or related program.
- 15+ years of relevant consulting experience working with significant clients on EHS&S Management Information Systems and sustainable EHS programs.
- Possess a diverse client portfolio which includes clients from the oil & gas, chemicals, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, energy, power, utilities, mining, hi-tech, or food and beverage markets.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business growth strategies in EHS&S Management Information Systems software solutions.
- Hands‑on expertise with major EHS platforms (Enablon, Intelex, Cority, Sphera) and emerging AI/hyperscaler technologies (Microsoft, Google, Anthropic, Salesforce).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, and book personal sales in new Digital Systems consulting services within the EHSM domains.
- Recognized technical expertise and established reputation in the local marketplace.
- Experience with global delivery teams delivering client impact projects.
- Ability to travel as needed.
