  • Designing and implementing Scope 3 decarbonisation strategies (from measuring emissions to implementing supply chain decarbonisation programmes).
  • Designing and embedding responsible sourcing strategies, considering a range of environmental and social indicators (e.g. carbon, biodiversity, human rights, local sourcing etc.).
  • Designing and implementing supplier engagement programmes.
  • Designing and implementing supply chain traceability programmes.
  • Supporting companies in preparing for regulatory compliance across relevant regulations such as EUDR, CSRD, CSDDD etc.
  • Helping companies measure and report supply chain sustainability performance, across a breadth of indicators – with a focus being Scope 3 decarbonisation.
  • Conducting and/or advising on supply chain ESG due diligence, risk assessments, and data analysis.
  • Seeking opportunities to drive sustainability and value simultaneously to identify new forms of revenue generation.
  • Enabling cross‑industry collaboration to accelerate sustainable development.
  • Leveraging data and novel digital tools to drive strategic decision making and investments.

We are seeking Consultants at all levels to provide leadership and delivery of exciting sustainable supply chain programmes within our EMEA Sustainable Products and Supply Chains team. This is a great opportunity to join a consultancy with a strong track record of delivering transformational change in a collaborative environment.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for delivering projects that drive maximum impact for our global clients, with the support of a Project Lead and Project Manager.
  • Develop strong client relationships and a nuanced understanding of their priorities to be able to support their growth.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across ERM to deliver integrated sustainability solutions.
  • Contribute to business development activities such as proposal writing, client discussions and pitches.
  • Support the development of new and existing services in line with market needs – from contributing to thought leadership to building new capabilities.
  • Meaningfully contribute towards a learning environment that supports your development and the development of the team.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in consulting (in the fields of sustainability, supply chain or procurement).
  • A ‘can‑do’ attitude with a strong commitment to delivering high quality work that exceeds clients’ expectations.
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, including developing well‑structured presentations and managing or analysing complex datasets.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent inter‑personal skills, with both internal teams and client facing – including an ability to work in a collaborative environment and across disciplines.
  • A creative approach to problem solving – with the ability to work through uncertainty to arrive at the best solutions for clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the relevant regulatory landscape is preferable but not essential (e.g., EUDR, CSDDD, CSRD etc.).
  • Demonstrable client business development skills are preferable but not essential.
  • Experience in baselining Scope 3 emissions and/or supply chain/financial modelling and/or scenario modelling is preferable but not essential.
