Based in London, the Group Technical & Statutory Accountant sits in our Group Finance team and reports into the Group Technical & Statutory Reporting Manager.
The Group Technical & Statutory Reporting Accountant role covers two principal areas:
- supporting the Group Technical & Statutory Reporting Manager on all aspects of technical accounting, ensuring that the Group remains compliant with current standards.
- key contributor to the group audit and the UK statutory entities audits.
The role is part of a team that is responsible for continuous development of financial reporting through driving process improvements, training and development of our internal controls and global Finance Manual.
The role provides excellent exposure across the business to the wider ERM finance network and other Group functions (including Legal, Tax, Treasury and Acquisitions teams) with opportunities to further grow and develop your career in finance in a growing company.
ERM offers hybrid working. The role will typically be two days per week in the office, with the expectation of spending more time in the office when the auditors are on site.
