Overview
As a Partner in ERM's UK practice, you will drive strategic growth across the energy project lifecycle, focusing on onshore renewables, transmission infrastructure, and EPC-focused network construction. You will leverage key client relationships with developers and investors to win work and lead multidisciplinary teams delivering sustainability-led solutions. You will shape ERM’s UK market direction, stay ahead of regulatory trends, and represent the firm at industry events. This role offers equity ownership through a global sustainability leader and a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities
- Drive sales in the transmission and distribution (T&D) business
- Leverage relationships with developers, investors, and EPCs in energy transmission and distribution
- Provide value-driven consulting across feasibility, financing, consenting, post-consenting, and construction stages
- Collaborate across the business to market ERM’s low carbon energy solutions
- Monitor UK and European energy policy trends and share insights to inform strategy
- Prepare winning proposals and deliver compelling client presentations and reports
- Represent ERM at industry conferences and events to enhance visibility
Key requirements
- Extensive knowledge of the UK energy market (renewables, storage, transmission) including technologies, regulation, and market trends
- Successful consultancy track record with strong client relationship management and project delivery in the power sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work effectively within local, regional, and global multidisciplinary teams
