Conducting and/or advising on supply chain ESG due diligence, risk assessments, and data analysis.

We are seeking a consultant to provide leadership and delivery of exciting product and packaging programmes within our EMEA Sustainable Products and Supply Chain team. This is a great opportunity to join a consultancy with a strong track record of delivering transformational change in a collaborative environmentRole responsibilitiesBe responsible for delivering projects that drive maximum impact for our global clients, with the support of a Project Lead and Project Manager.

Develop strong client relationships and a nuanced understanding of their priorities to be able to support their growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across ERM to deliver integrated sustainability solutions.

Contribute to business development activities such as proposal writing, client discussions and pitches.

Support the development of new and existing services in line with market needs – from contributing to thought leadership to building new capabilities.

Meaningfully contribute towards a learning environment that supports your development and the development of the team.

Skills & experience requirement: Educated to degree/master's degree level, preferably in a sustainability related field2-5 years of professional experience in consulting (in the fields of sustainability, supply chain or procurement)Excellent written communication skills and ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling narrativesStrong PowerPoint and Excel skills, including developing well-structured presentations and managing or analysing complex datasetsStrong analytical mindset and attention to detailExcellent inter-personal skills, with both internal teams and client facing – including an ability to work in a collaborative environment and across disciplinesA creative approach to problem solving – with the ability to work through uncertainty to arrive at the best solutions for clientsAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
