Responsibilities

  • Analyze performance across regions, service lines, sectors, clients, and projects to identify key drivers of revenue, profitability, pricing, utilization, and backlog.
  • Deliver performance reviews and strategic recommendations to support commercial growth.
  • Develop robust financial models to evaluate strategic opportunities and investments, including scenario planning and risk assessments.
  • Support enterprise-wide KPI reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning with business leaders.
  • Validate and reconcile data from multiple systems to ensure reporting accuracy; translate complex datasets into actionable insights and materials.
  • Drive improvements in reporting, analytics, and business processes; support finance transformation and automation initiatives.

Key requirements

  • Significant experience in commercial finance, financial planning, business partnering, or enterprise performance management.
  • Advanced financial modelling expertise (scenario analysis, forecasting, business case development, sensitivity analysis).
  • Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear business insights.
  • Deep understanding of profitability, revenue, pricing, utilization, and margin drivers.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets and multiple data sources.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial reporting or planning tools.
