These roles are in our Onshore Renewables & Infrastructure team within Capital Project Delivery. This team is spread across England, Scotland, Wales, and the Republic of Ireland. If this interests you for the future, we\’d love to hear from you.

In these roles, you will provide expert environmental consultancy services to internal and external clients, as well as lead the work of less experienced team members. You’ll lead environmental inputs for planning applications ranging from screening and scoping to environmental appraisals and large-scale EIA projects, as well as post-planning condition discharge.

You will project manage complex projects, including but not limited to onshore wind, solar, battery storage, and grid connection. Occasionally, you’ll work alongside our marine team on offshore projects, developing your skills in this area.

You’ll navigate projects through licensing and consenting processes, including DCO and S36, provide strategic advice to clients, and ensure project delivery on schedule and within budget. You will maintain and develop existing client relationships and build new ones, representing the company at meetings, conferences, and events.

About you

You should be degree-qualified in an environmental discipline and an experienced professional in consulting, regulatory, or developer environments, sharing our values and passion for renewables.

You will have managed EIAs for complex projects and have experience with the consenting process, including liaising with planning authorities.

Your report-writing skills should be excellent (covering screening, scoping, technical reports, and EIA chapters), and you should be Chartered or working towards Chartered status (e.g., IEMA).
