ERM, the world's largest pure play sustainability consultancy, is seeking a GIS professional at Consultant or Senior Consultant level, depending on experience. You will lead medium to large-scale projects, managing the coordination and production of maps and spatial analyses to support assessments. You will work closely with technical teams to provide GIS expertise and facilitate data access through digital data collection tools and web applications. Additionally, you will collaborate with project management teams to ensure project timelines and objectives are met, and deliverables are completed on schedule. A key responsibility of this role is the end-to-end management of spatial datasets throughout the project lifecycle. Beyond daily project delivery, you will also play a proactive role in driving innovation and process improvements within the GIS function.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in GIS or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Solid experience with ESRI ArcGIS (ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online)
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality cartographic outputs and conduct spatial analyses
  • Ability to effectively present spatial data through maps and online platforms
  • Experience managing terrestrial and/or marine datasets
  • Experience managing medium-sized GIS projects or tasks
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is preferred but not essential
