We are recruiting for a highly capable Technology Business Partner to join a leading organisation based in Lytham. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver business-critical IT solutions across a range of enterprise systems, working closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams.

About the Role
As a key member of the IT and Business Transformation team, you will evaluate and optimise existing processes, gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, and lead the project delivery of technology-driven solutions. You’ll be working across multiple departments to improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives.
