Youll work closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams to support digital transformation and operational improvement across enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience of user journeys, system integration, and technology delivery within regulated financial environments.Key Requirements:4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst , withsignificant experience in financial services(banking, accountancy. insurance, asset management, etc.)Strong understanding ofuser integration planning and execution , including stakeholder engagement and user readinessDemonstrable experience withlarge-scale migration projectstoMicrosoft 365 and AzureBroad knowledge of the full project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to delivery and optimisationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCertifications such asCBAP, PMP, or ITILare advantageousThis is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive analyst to lead high-impact projects in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
