- Excellent SQL skills
- Experience with Epicor BisTrack or similar ERP/MRP systems
- Experience providing ERP support
- Reporting skills, with Crystal Reports preferred
- Experience in system configuration, troubleshooting, and user training
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to system enhancements
- Understanding of business processes

- Maintain and support existing data, reporting, and ERP systems
- Act as the ERP SME within our business
- Ensure business continuity, reliability, and day‑to‑day usability of our systems
