This profitable and growing organisation requires an experienced Process Analyst, who has a proven track record of success as part of an established change and delivery team. You will be joining an organisation that operates within the professional services sector but has a unique tech offering that sets them apart from competitors.

As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a central role in analysing, improving and optimising business processes across the organisation, supporting through the implementation and management of change. Your role will be to review current operational processes and then develop, document, and implement new processes that meet business needs.

For this role, you will be expected to be in their Hull office two days per week.

  • Extensive experience in a Process-focused Analyst position
  • Business Process Improvement
  • Business Process mapping
  • Change management and implementation
  • End-to-end change delivery
  • Customer journey mapping
  • Requirements gathering and capture, experience of writing user stories
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Relevant professional certifications would be desirable
  • Experience of working within Agile and Scrum practices
