This profitable and multi-national business requires a driven and self-motivated Legal Engineer to join their growing team. The current team of Legal Engineers create and maintain digital tools, products and services that can improve legal processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs for clients. You will ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable in legal processes whilst helping to design, implement and evaluate AI-enabled solutions that enhance how legal services are delivered.
This opportunity is with a large organisation that has achieved growth year on year for more than a decade and has just posted record revenues for the last financial year. As their Legal Engineer, you will re-develop and expand prototypes into working solutions, working with lawyers to ensure it meets expectations and delivers on their vision. You will also be adept at creating functional and technical documentation to improve maintainability and usability of various digital platforms.
The role will require 1-2 days per week in the office, with the ideal location being their head office in Nottingham.

Key Requirements:
- An understanding of low code tech – Microsoft Power Platform, HighQ, Smartsheet, Legora etc.
- Confidence to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- An enthusiasm for new technology, and continuous learning and improvement
- Ability to design logical workflows and structures for digital solutions
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms
- Effective prompt engineering skills
- Experience of delivering solutions which are compliant with AI, data, and security standards
- An understanding of LLMs and integrating AI services with other platforms and tools
