This multi-site and fast-growing organisation require an experienced IT Administrator to maintain the seamless functionality of IT services for more than a thousand users. You will be given the opportunity to develop your technical abilities whilst working with a variety of stakeholders and clients.

One of the key responsibilities for this role is to ensure a smooth on-boarding process for new starters and that the IT department is effectively resourced. You will be responsible for the creation and removal of all user accounts and devices as well as the fulfilment and accurate asset management of end-user IT equipment. You will be an advocate for continuous service improvement, identifying areas for improvement to optimise, automate and enhance service delivery.

This will be a hybrid position, with the expectation of at least three days per week required in their Nottingham office. It will be a 6-month contract initially.

  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a fast-paced setting

  • Experience of user account administration within Active Directory and Exchange Online
  • IT asset / equipment management
  • Knowledge of Windows 11 Enterprise environments
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products
