My client is a profitable and growing professional services business, who are looking to improve their delivery capability by bringing in an experienced Delivery Manager. You will have accountability for everything programme-related, leading a small team and acting as the senior delivery escalation point.

This is an execution-focused Delivery Manager, where you will have oversight for Project and Programme Management within the business. You will have a background in managing and leading teams, helping to create a culture of delivery excellence, enhancing the team’s capability and owning delivery assurance.

This is not a role managing £100m budgets and teams of 50 people. You will be a strategic thinker but really have a passion for getting stuck into delivery. The work in this role will be varied and could initially include more verticals within their case management system, development of new client solutions, re-evaluation of operational models across the board etc.

The role will require 1-2 days per week in the office, with the ideal location being their head office in Nottingham. Candidates who prefer Birmingham as a base can also be considered.

  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills
