This profitable and growing organisation requires an experienced IT Technician to provide technical support to a user base of just over 200 and growing. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of IT Services and Systems, helping the business maintain productivity by resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.
Working as part of a newly established IT department, you will act as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues and requests, providing 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software, and network problems. As an IT Technician, you will assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and device configuration whilst also providing training on IT Systems to staff. This role will be office based in central Newcastle, with the organisation looking to improve their hybrid working offering.

Experience required:
