Business Development Executive (Saa S Solutions)Mold (Flexible/Hybrid Working)Salary: £33k + Excellent Bonus + Excellent Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Executive to join a growing software solutions provider specialising in business transformation and Sage software solutions.
This role offers the opportunity to work by helping prospects identify the right software and services to support their business growth, with management through the full sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Manage qualified sales opportunities from initial engagement through to successful sale and handover to the Projects team.
Build and nurture relationships with new prospects, identifying opportunities through proactive business development activity.
Take a consultative approach to understand customer challenges, business processes, and future growth plans before recommending suitable software and service solutions.
Conduct BANT qualification calls to identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
Work closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to maximise campaign-generated opportunities.
Work towards individual sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Skills & Experience Previous experience in a Business Development, Sales Executive, Account Executive, or Software Sales role.
Experience working within a Saa S, software solutions, or business services environment.
Proven track record of managing opportunities through the full sales cycle and consistently achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, questioning, and listening skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work using your own initiative.
Strong resilience, determination, and a results-driven approach.
Desirable Skills Experience with Sage products and associated software solutions.
Previous experience selling ERP, finance, payroll, or business software.
