A successful and growing organisation is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their friendly support team. You’ll provide remote, email, and in-person support to a wide user base, working with a range of technologies.
The role:
- Provide 2nd line support for hardware, software, and mobile devices
- Manage service desk tickets and deliver routine maintenance
- Contribute to a variety of IT projects
- Hybrid role – mostly remote, with travel to Leeds as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Proven IT support experience (2nd line)
- Strong knowledge of Office 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory
- Experience with Intune, PowerShell, Fresh Service, Entra ID – desirable
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
The package:
- 35-hour week
