A leading multi-site organisation is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for all IT support issues. You'll handle helpdesk management, first-line support, escalations, and provide assistance across Microsoft 365, bespoke applications, and hardware.
This is a hybrid role (min. 3 days in central Sheffield), offering exposure to a modernising tech environment and a supportive IT team.
