We’re seeking an experienced Head of PMO to take on a senior leadership position, leading and developing a growing team of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Project Support staff.

As Head of PMO, you’ll shape and mature the project delivery framework, champion best practice, and play a pivotal role in ensuring major programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals. You’ll be the escalation point for risks, resources, and delivery challenges, while driving continuous improvement and embedding a culture of excellence across the business.

Core Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing PMO team.
Oversee project governance, delivery standards, and resource planning.
Act as escalation point for project risks, budgets, and strategic alignment.
Drive organisational change and secure stakeholder engagement.
Champion continuous improvement, ensuring methodologies evolve with the business.
Core Skills & Experience

Strong background as a Senior Project Manager with progression into leadership.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Financial management and resource allocation expertise.
Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Broad knowledge of methodologies (Prince2, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Six Sigma & Lean).
Experience delivering ERP transformation projects (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday) is highly desirable.
