My client is a leading manufacturing business, who require an experienced ERP Systems Developer to take ownership of the development of data and reporting systems that support complex business operations. You will improve data accessibility, simplify reporting structures and enhance operational decision-making.

As a Systems Developer, you will have a track record of modernising legacy environments and giving structure and clarity to complex systems. This role would suit someone who wants to define and deliver a long-term modernisation roadmap rather than provide short-term fixes. You will have excellent communication skills and influence how the organisation evolves, working with both technical and business stakeholders.

This role will be based in North Lincolnshire, but flexible working is an option for the right candidate.

Package:

  • £50,000 - £70,000 basic DOE
  • Hybrid working possible
  • Progression and career development opportunities
  • Excellent benefits on offer

Required experience:

  • Strong SQL development experience (including stored procedures and performance tuning)
  • Experience with Crystal Reports
  • Strong experience working with Epicor BisTrack ERP preferable. Experience with comparable ERP / MRP products may be considered
  • Comfortable working in legacy environments and improving existing solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Effectively, this role will be the sole Systems Specialist for a market-leading business, working as part of the wider support and IT teams.

The company are hoping to hold interviews as soon as possible and as there is no closing date for this role, relevant applications will be reviewed as soon as they are received.
