Requirements
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience supporting ERP or MRP systems
- Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports
- Understanding of operational business processes
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, merchanting, or commercial environments is highly beneficial
- Epicor BisTrack experience is preferred
- Experience with ERP integrations and data management is desirable
