We are working with a well-established UK business who are looking to add an ERP Support Data & Reporting professional to their operations team. Experience with Epicor BisTrack is essential for this role. This is a hands-on position focused on keeping ERP, reporting, and operational data systems running smoothly day to day. You'll work closely with operational users to ensure systems are reliable, accurate, and support the wider business effectively.

What you'll be doing:

  • Maintaining and supporting existing reporting and data extraction systems
  • Writing, developing and maintaining SQL queries and stored procedures
  • Supporting and maintaining Crystal Reports
  • Administering Epicor BisTrack (users, permissions, printers and system configuration)
  • Investigating and resolving ERP, reporting and data issues as they arise
  • Supporting users with day-to-day queries and troubleshooting
  • Understanding how systems and operational processes work in practice
  • Supporting upgrades, integrations and small improvement projects
  • Keeping system documentation up to date
  • Identifying opportunities to improve system reliability and usability

What we're looking for:

  • Strong SQL skills, including queries and stored procedures
  • Hands-on experience with Epicor BisTrack ERP (essential)
  • Experience working with Crystal Reports
  • Previous experience in ERP or operational system support
  • A logical, hands-on approach to problem solving
  • Comfortable supporting non-technical users
  • Able to quickly understand systems and how they connect
  • Good attention to detail and a steady, methodical working style
