Are you a Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of leading managing delivery teams across complex programmes of work? A profitable and growing client of mine is looking for a Project Delivery Lead to set and maintain delivery standards across the organisation.
You will manage a team of three, developing their capability and providing mentorship where required. As Project Delivery Lead, you will take ownership of delivery planning, governance, risk management and benefit realisation.
You will be required to maintain oversight of the wider change landscape, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, engagement, and confidence throughout the delivery lifecycle.
The role will be primarily remote, with the expectation of at least once per month in Leeds.
- Package: 35-hour work week
