eCommerce Manager – Birmingham (Hybrid) Location: Birmingham Salary: Competitive + Benefits Our client, a fast-growing Birmingham brand within the wellness sector, is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of their digital performance and drive the continued growth of their online business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven, data-led professional with a passion for e-commerce excellence and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimise the company’s Shopify Plus e-commerce site, ensuring best-in-class functionality and performance. Oversee product launches, site merchandising, and digital content updates via the CMS (Shopify Plus/Sanity). Drive conversion through A/B testing, CRO initiatives, and enhanced digital merchandising. Monitor and report on digital performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity, providing actionable insights to improve site performance. Manage and refine subscription models to boost retention and customer lifetime value. Ensure seamless CMS management and coordinate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and product accuracy. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and logistics teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Core experience: Proven track record in e-commerce management, ideally within DTC, subscription, or beauty/wellness sectors. Strong technical experience with Shopify Plus, Sanity (or equivalent CMS), and e-commerce analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, MS Clarity). Experience with subscriptions, CRO, and digital merchandising. Highly commercial and data-driven, with exceptional attention to detail and precision. Excellent project management skills — able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
