We are working with a market-leading retailer based in Lytham St Annes who are looking to expand their growing Digital & eCommerce team. They are now seeking a CRO Analyst (Conversion Rate Optimisation) to join the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for data, user experience and eCommerce, where you'll play a key role in improving website performance through testing, analysis and optimisation.
Core Responsibilities for this CRO Analyst:
- Implement and develop an ongoing CRO programme to improve website conversion performance.
- Analyse customer behaviour using heatmaps, user recordings, funnel analysis and other research tools.
- Identify testing opportunities and present recommendations to Design and Digital teams.
- Prioritise CRO initiatives using customer insights, analytics and commercial objectives.
- Coordinate A/B testing programmes from planning through to implementation and reporting.
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams on more complex optimisation projects.
Core Experience for this CRO Analyst Role:
- Previous experience within a CRO, eCommerce, Digital Analytics or UX-focused role.
- Hands-on experience using ContentSquare, AB Tasty or similar CRO platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer behaviour and data.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience using Google Analytics, Excel or other reporting and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and website optimisation.
- Passion for delivering an exceptional online customer experience.
