CRM Support Analyst – Remote £30,000 – £37,000 + bonuses, 35-hour work week and great benefits This profitable and growing organisation require an experienced CRM Support Analyst, to join an established support team that have responsibility for managing application and system issues, monitoring systems, implementing upgrades/changes, and improving processes. As an Dynamics Support Engineer, you will take charge of supported systems, ensuring their optimal performance whilst supporting and training staff to ensure best practices are followed. Whilst most of the work will be done from home, there will be the expectation to travel to Leeds once per month for company meetings. Candidates who live more than 30 miles away can expense this travel. Package: 35-hour work week Up to 20% bonus 30 days holidays + bank holidays (plus buy and sell 5 more days) 6% employer pension contribution and much more.
