This profitable and growing organisation requires an experienced CRM Support Analyst to join an established support team responsible for managing application and system issues, monitoring systems, implementing upgrades/changes, and improving processes.
As a Dynamics Support Engineer, you will take charge of supported systems, ensuring their optimal performance whilst supporting and training staff to ensure best practices are followed. Most of the work will be done from home, with the expectation to travel to Leeds once per month for company meetings. Candidates who live more than 30 miles away can expense this travel.

Responsibilities:
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of the product suite
- Resolve application and systems issues
- Monitoring systems
- System upgrades and changes
- Supplier management
- Planning and implementing system upgrades and changes alongside third-party suppliers
Experience:
- Proven experience supporting Applications, Systems and Integrations
- 1+ year experience supporting Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM
- SQL
- ITIL Service Management
- Documentation experience
- Experience with Content Management Systems would be beneficial
