This highly successful organisation is looking for a Gas Team Manager to join an established team. The role requires someone to manage the Gas team to meet required performance levels and service levels. This is a fast-paced role that will suit someone who is used to working to close targets and deadlines.
Key duties include:
- Managing the operational delivery of the gas team
- Communicating performance statistics and ensuring development and training plans are in place for all customer advisors
- Aiding with all project meetings as and when required and completing industry related test activities to agreed timescales
- Managing and planning resource deployment within the Gas team
- Achieving all SLAs and operating plans
- Ensuring team 1-2-1's are completed and providing training and development plans for staff
Core skills & experience for this Gas Team Manager includes:
- Proven experience working within the UK Energy industry
- Experience of business process outsourced management is essential
- Able to lead and motivate a team within tight deadlines
- Responding efficiently to contract/department issues
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
