We are working with a leading organisation in Lytham St Annes who are expanding their dynamic CRM team. They are now seeking a CRM Coordinator to join their IT department. In this role, you will be responsible for driving CRM strategies and playing an important role within customer connection. You'll enhance customer acquisition, engagement and retention through campaigns via email, mail and SMS.

Core Responsibilities for this CRM Coordinator:

  • Managing and delivering CRM campaigns across all channels including BAU and wider CRM initiatives.
  • Monitoring campaign performance using key metrics.
  • Coordinating creative briefs, approvals, proposals, campaign timelines and more.
  • Driving database growth across online and offline channels.
  • Ensuring campaigns are relevant and staying up to date with latest industry trends.
  • Ensuring all CRM communications adhere to channel-specific best practice.
  • Oversee and manage budgets, track spend and identify cost efficiencies.
  • Work with wider teams to ensure CRM alignment.

Core Experience for this CRM Coordinator Role:

  • Excellent CRM experience with hands-on experience in a similar role.
  • Experience planning, deploying and optimising CRM campaigns and programmes.
  • Strong commercial awareness with an analytical mindset.
  • Strong Excel experience.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail.
  • Experience using ESP Bloomreach or similar.
  • Experience using Google Analytics or similar.
