This profitable and industry leading business requires a competent BI Analyst, who will be responsible for providing insightful solutions to support key business decisions that improve performance and efficiencies. You will come with sound technical skills and the ability to work independently.
As a BI Analyst, you will develop and maintain dashboards, review and analyse financial/customer data, extracting and manipulating it where required. You will liaise with a variety of teams such as finance, IT, operations and sales to understand the data held within the business and analyse what improvements and alterations can be made.
For this role, you will initially be based in the office in Grimsby, with flexibility for the right candidate once your probation period has been concluded.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent Data Analysis skills
- Reporting skills
- Relevant technical skills – Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, Crystal Reports etc.
- Dashboard development
- Data Extraction, data sets analysis, database mining
- Understanding and awareness of AI Technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate the data to key stakeholders
