This multi-site, fast-growing organisation requires an experienced IT Specialist to maintain the seamless functionality of IT services for more than a thousand users. You will develop technical abilities while working with a variety of stakeholders and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new starters and resource the IT department effectively.
- Create and remove user accounts and devices, and accurately manage end-user IT equipment.
- Advocate for continuous service improvement, identifying opportunities to optimise, automate and enhance service delivery.
