This highly successful organisation are looking for a Gas Team Manager to join an established team. The role requires someone to manage the Gas team to meet required performance levels and service levels. This is a fast-paced role that will suit someone who is used to working to close targets and deadlines.
Key Duties Includes:
- Managing the operational delivery of the gas team
- Communicating performance statistics and ensuring development and training plans are in place for all customer advisors
- Aiding with all project meetings as and when required and completing industry related test activities to agreed timescales
- Managing and planning resource deployment within the Gas team
- Achieving all SLAs and operating plans
- Ensuring team 1-2-1's are completed and providing training and development plans for staff
