Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support for critical business systems to business customers.
- Deploy and configure software applications to meet customer needs, ensuring error-free delivery.
- Manage customer incidents, problems, and requests within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding the features and capabilities of supported applications.
- Create both customer-facing and internal documentation, adhering to company standards.
- Engage in Continual Service Improvement (CSI) activities to enhance service value.
Required Skills and Experience
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience of deployment of Java applications using Apache Tomcat.
- Experience in software deployment and configuration.
- Strong problem analysis and solving skills.
- Experience supporting bespoke applications.
- Familiarity with system monitoring solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Proficiency in SQL database management.
