We're looking for an experienced Senior Digital Business Analyst to join a high‑profile digital transformation programme based in Birmingham. The Senior BA will work across business, product, and technology teams to define requirements, shape digital services, and drive platform improvements.
You'll be responsible for gathering and refining requirements, defining UX requirements, mapping end‑to‑end user journeys, and translating business needs into clear technical specifications. Working across the full delivery lifecycle, you'll collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, Test teams, and key business stakeholders to drive platform enhancements and improve customer experiences.

- Proven experience as a Digital Business Analyst on web and digital transformation projects
- Strong experience defining UX requirements and mapping customer journeys
- Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and technical specifications
